Sessions

One on one sessions with me can be very supportive in making my work an individualized experience.
We start with a conversation and move on from there, tailoring our session to your needs.
Whether I am taking apart choreography,
working on your ability to express with more intension, helping you with musicality
or on your strength journey.
The keys we work on together can be taken forward into any situation and hopefully how you experience moving though the world.

Dance
I enjoy bringing a mind body approach to adult dancers.
Whether you are new to dancing or are working on a new approach to your abilities.

Working one on one to help you connect with the power of feeling strong is a passion of mine. Supporting you on your health journey through getting stronger with a dance approach
is an invaluable way to change your experience of working your body.
