One-on-one sessions provide an individualized experience tailored entirely to your current needs. Whether we are breaking down complex choreography, tuning your musicality, or anchoring a new way of carrying yourself, this work bridges the physical and the psychological.
Dance is not merely about movement; it is about how we move through life. It is a discipline of the mind. Many clients combine virtual dialogue sessions with in-person physical integration. Ultimately, my role is to support you in finding your way home to yourself.
Expression Sessions | Private Groups
Designed for two or more participants, Expression Sessions dive into the nuances of partnering, performance anxiety, or advanced choreography. The breakthroughs we achieve in these sessions serve as tangible keys you can carry forward directly into your personal dance practice.

Working with weight resistance does not need to be punishing—only consistent, intentional, and integrative. True strength training enhances our vitality and fundamentally changes how we express our movement on the dance floor.
My approach to iron and resistance is entirely somatic; it trains you to move with deep attention to form, alignment, and internal feeling. Weight resistance is a powerful tool for reclaiming personal power. We approach this work through a non-goal-oriented lens, treating it not as a chore, but as an essential enhancement to everyday life.

I began working one-on-one with clients in 2011, and it remains one of my deepest passions. I specialize in guiding women through potent moments of life transition—including career shifts, identity evolution, and relationship changes.
Having lived globally and spent 25 years developing my craft, I bring an international perspective to every session I facilitate. My background spans dance, theater, music, and meditation. This artistic lineage, combined with running my own business since 2005, allows me to offer a nuanced, diverse framework for how we navigate our lives and move through the world.
I am deeply committed to a somatic approach to dance, fitness, and mental well-being. As a performer, choreographer, and movement facilitator, I help individuals unlock their unique self-expression, release stored stress, claim their physical strength, and step into a new sense of somatic freedom.
