Tika's passion for dance (basically all dance!) is spiritual, inspirational and empowering.

The message she imparts is that we are bigger and more powerful than we often think we are and that we have so much to offer the world. I've met so many amazing women of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities in this class who bring such joy, love and energy to the group. Tika, her soul-stirring music selections, and the community of dancers make this one of the very best dance classes in the Bay Area!
