A big contributing factor of sacroiliac joint pain and discomfort comes from a build up of stress, tension, and tightness in muscles that can lead to painful strain and inflammation masquerading as sciatica nerve pain.
This is cause by too much sitting at computers or in cars. Not enough strength and movement.
